I have a question. If we had the information, why didn't WE bomb ISIS instead of waiting for the French to do it. I don't get it.

Because the whole bombing but no boots on ground is highly political /diplomatics thing rather than simply fighting a normal war.

Peter King, Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Terrorism, says there is no security vetting because we don't have access to any records in Syria.

Uhhhhh, NOOOOOO!
It's because it should be the FRENCH that does the bombing, given what transpired in Paris. It was not only the right decision; it was also the ONLY just decision!
Only a gnat would come to an alternate conclusion.

But we don't know how long the USA had the information. If we had it for weeks, then we should have bombed them as soon as we knew about it. I don't buy for a second we just got it and gave it to the French right after the attack.

Perhaps for one of these 2-reasons: Obama is afraid of them and made a deal with them, "if we don't bomb you, you won't bomb us...Or, He didn't, and will not, "because he is one of them, and believes in that cause"...
Plus, there is something quite strange lately with Putin's Mob, by putting a big hand into the mix, while further reinforcing their ongoing alliance with Iran, all the more...

Then you tell me what is what, ok ?
Obama, in case you didn't know, was surrounded by commies, and muslims, and Christian malcontents thruout most of his life, especially thru his "formative years".... Who we associate with, at first glance, sometimes speaks volumes about us and what we stand for.... That is how I formed this particular opinion about a man that I really don't like very much....His actions and his words bear this out repeatedly...
The Ft. Hood massacre, was just a case of "workplace violence...Right His response to it, convinced me that my original opinion of him was probably correct, to begin with...

We were probably going bomb that site ourselves since we are bombing ISIS in Syria in every place where we know where they are. The only exception is the anti-Assad rebels that we have decided are not ISIS. My personal opinion is that they are all ISIS. All Sunni Muslims in the Syria and Iraq have become part of ISIS. It is common knowledge that we supplied the intel. We threw the French a bone. I do not have a problem with that.

The previously linked article from BuzzFeed says that the US has vetted and approved 1500 Syrian refugees since 2011. And now the White House is telling us that it can process 10,000 a year?
