"Dr. Seth Fishman, the Florida veterinarian snared in the federal government's sweeping horse doping investigation, was sentenced Monday to an 11-year prison sentence in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
The sentence is the longest meted out in the case that led to charges against 31 individuals, including prominent trainers Jorge Navarro and Jason Servis. Fishman is the 11th to be sentenced, which includes Navarro. Most of the others have pleaded guilty and await sentencing. Servis faces trial next year."

This IS music to my ears, one of the biggest reasons I gave up training as you couldn't beat these guys!
I will never forget what JS said to me when I claimed a Horse off him, He told me the horse would never win a race for me..I did win 3 with him and retired him.
Sitting there bawling like a baby sure is a long way from the smart ass that he thought he was around the backside. The sad thing is trainers and owners will never get their money back from finishing 2 to him in races!
LOOKS GOOD ON HIM!
The horses are going to be happy!

In some Federal prisons the prisoners are allowed to have cell phones and internet.
