Good job! That place price seemed pretty low in R1, didn't it?

Eh. 5 horse race. 4 was chalk. Was expecting $7.80 to $8.40 or so in the 2 hole to be honest.
Still can't believe a 5/1 ML went off at 24/1 off of 2 bullet works in a MSW race while switching to speed oriented Santa dirt as a 1ster on dirt with 0 speed in the race. Crazy.

Yeah, 5 horses explains that. I didn't watch the race, just looked over at HorseTourneys. Still, that was a nice final score.

Really thought I needed that Lily Con to hang for 2nd in the 5th. (Got 3rd), Cause I knew the track was changing and I simply had to hang on. By a fingernail.

Like Winston Churchill said, "Nothing is more exhilarating than to be shot at without result."
I held on for first one time with a guy just a buck behind me going into the last race of a pick-and-pray. He got the chalky winner, but I got place with a price horse that kept me in the lead. No better feeling!

Ha. Fantastic quote.
We've all had bad beats. Winning is always special, and what I remember. Not gonna lie, I've had some that took me a while to recover from, but you have to move on.
