Unconstitutional and anathema to democracy, and you know I don't support Trump.

Thanks for the reminder. Believe it or not, I don't have a checklist. Most folks on here don't require one, as it's in my face almost every single post which side they stand on...

They've ruined California. Made taxes so high nobody that has anything wants to live there. So they move to another state with same wrecking ball.
As for Kamala Harris, the more being uncovered about her past, the less her appeal has become to all but extreme lefties.
The numbers are getting scary. The number of people living in America that wish to see it fall apart.

Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg, former Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D-Texas) and entrepreneur Andrew Yang.

**To qualify for the third debate this September, candidates have to amass the support of 130,000 donors and register at least 2 percent support in four DNC-approved polls.

The candidates have until Aug. 28 to qualify.
Add one more who has qualified for the debates----->Julián Castro

Ten candidates have now made the September debate, deadline Aug. 28th.

*** If 10 or fewer candidates are certified by the Democratic National Committee to participate, the debate will take place on one night.

If more than 10 candidates qualify under the rules, the debate will take place over two nights. For the two-night scenario, ABC News in accordance with the DNC will hold a selection event on Aug. 29 to randomly assign the candidates to a night.

If this ruling is upheld in the Supreme Court, then voting for president will be a waste of time.

"A federal appeals court ruled late Tuesday that presidential electors who cast the actual ballots for president and vice president are free to vote as they wish and cannot be required to follow the results of the popular vote in their states."
