I had an Uber driver in Reno (he was Italian) and when we got to wherever it was I was going....he politely refused a cash tip.
I don't think he had been here long. I know there is a tip already given the driver when you arrange the ride...but hell--the man makes his living on tips!
I'm sure he's learned to graciously grab up any tip that's offered
