Three and that's it! And for those sceptics, he didn't have his hands behind his back this time.

It blows my mind how many people hang on Fauci's every word completely oblivious to the fact he changes his mind every time the wind blows a different direction.

The writing on the wall seems to be that they won’t offer free boosters to the young and healthy. But if you read the article, they are hedging if there's a public outcry.
I'm not sure how this will fly here in the U.S. All summer, the MSM has been screaming about how many young people are dying/getting maimed by the virus, and they should get vaccinated. Here in Florida they've been hand wringing over the number of kids getting sick who are going to school (like school children never get sick). So for the government to come out now and say that the boosters are not important for everybody?
Stay tuned.
My opinion: if someone wants to pay for a booster, let him. But I wouldn't give them away for free.
PS: I'm getting my booster today.

Not the point.
The point is, THE VACCINATED can ACT AS HOSTS.
The vaccinated DON'T GET AS SICK...so MOST don't need to be hospitalized if they contract the virus.
There are MANY MORE VACCINATED FOLKS with the virus that you will never hear about, because the vaccine protects them to a certain extent.
HOWEVER, the vaccine also encourages the virus to mutate in order to protect itself against the vaccine...duh
So the point that the VACCINATED are STILL HOSTS is lost on you, DOCTOR.
That's why only the most vulnerable should have been vaccinated while this pandemic was/is STILL RAGING.
Science has failed us, once again, for whatever reasons.

Is it possible that policy makers in the UK are shifting towards common sense?
Do the young and healthy really need Covid booster shots?
Is there any hope, as in ever - of shifting back towards common sense here in the US?
I think most people would be absolutely stunned if they knew how many kids died from the FLU over the past 10 years (before covid ever existed.)
And yet - somehow life went on.
Without big media, big tech, big government, and teacher's unions calling for: lockdowns, travel restrictions, small businesses and churches to be shut down, school closures, mask mandates, and vaccine passports, etc.

watching cnn, they're perplexed on the news that the WH "may have to scale back amibitious vaccine booster plan"
The talking head is thoroughly confused now. "I thought we had to have the booster??"

I get a flu shot every fall.
I got the flu really bad once in 25+ years.
I occasionally get very mild symptoms for a few days, nothing more than annoyance. Before the flu shots, I got it almost every year bad enough to be miserable.
So IF I decide to get the vax, and need a booster, so what?
My concern is, having had it, will getting a vax cause some so far unknown problem down the road? As Doctor Dodge has told us, we CANNOT say things about the virus so early on.
I beat covid at least once, maybe more, who knows. I will wait until we know more for sure, not just because anti-science lefties are scarred silly.
Baa baa Biden,
Have you any vax?
Yes sir, yes sir,
Three jabs full!
Baaaaaaaaaaaaa

Valid point, I am one of them. Nothing but low energy that is slowly improving. So that means the number of sick is probably even higher than stated. Doctor's office called needing to reschedule some appointments. I said I was 100% certain I had a break through case and just wondered when boosters would be available and if I should get one. They said I should come in and get tested. I said I saw no reason to make a 90 mile round trip taking a risk of spreading my germs, as whether I had Covid or not, nothing changes. I am going to stay away from others and wear a mask if I must go out. Day 15 of being sick, I am probably no longer contagious.

With low vaccination rates in many black communities and it being obvious that the vaccination, while not preventing infection as advertised, does lessen Covid's severity, those people are victims of themselves, not the BS known as systematic racism.

Good one!
Covid-19 seems posed to outrun the Spanish Flu of 1918.
