No really...where does it say "you can be SICK without having any symptoms?"
You can be a carrier.
But the very definition of zero symptoms <> sick.

Congress last night, ALL of them vaccinated, yet still social distancing and still wearing masks with no reason to do so.
Every solution has a problem.

Does anyone else not see any correlation between the case numbers/ deaths and the amount of people vaccinated?
For example if you look at the daily cases from 60 days ago vs today and consider that 2.5 million people per day are being vaccinated, is this the outcome we would be expecting?
It just seems odd to me, 40% of Americans with at least one shot and 30% fully vaccinated and the numbers the last couple months are pretty flat. Any decrease from vaccination is DWARFED when compared to the natural tapering off that occurred in January/ February.

Natural? I don't know about that.
More like the fakery spigot was turned off once the election results were certified.
Check out that huge runup starting around October 2020. That's some October surprise.
It simply returned to the levels it saw before the run-up leading to the election and still sits there today.

It's expected that there wouldn't be a tremendous drop because more people are going "back to normal." There's more people out about because they feel it's over. Due to an anti-vax mentality, I doubt where we'll get even 50% of the country vaccinated.

But if 40% of the people going "back to normal" are vaccinated that leaves only 60% to test positive???????
Between the vaccine and natural infection a HUGE portion of the population has the antibodies one way or another. It doesn't make sense to me that the case numbers are so flat the last 60 days.

At least in Florida, the number of cases peaked on Jan 10th with about 16k new cases that day(7-day average). The past week we are averaging 5.5k new cases per day. It's the same with daily deaths. Jan28 there were 185 per day; this week there were 55. So these stats have dropped by a third.
Again, it's not just the vaccinated going back to normal, it's everyone with more people going to restaurants, shows, travel, etc. If there are twice as many people "back to normal" and only 40% are vaccinated, then there are more nonvaccinate out and about. Which should mean more infections but there's not, in Florida.

I'm at the oaks today . about 80 /20 no mask to mask inside the clubhouse and outside. Not much concern for a superspreader.

Thanks for the update, baconswitchfarm. TV coverage couldn't help but show a lot of people without masks...but your number of 80/20 no masks to masks is telling.
