Honestly this may be one of the  things ever posted here. Tom's MAIN ACT is taking a "lib's" policy post and respond to the poster with personal insults. Only had to invest 10 secs to find the latest example from a couple days ago in the TX hate crime thread..
Burls is talking about immigration, and Tom jumps on him with:

In actual policy news though...
The White House is preparing to Declare a National Emergency granting the President the power to build the wall through DoD appropriations.
This won't work and will die a fiery death in the courts...
It will, however, allow the President to cave in and reopen government while appearing to not compromise in the short run.
Senate R's are running around the Capitol still trying to broker a deal for Mr. Bye-Bye but that appears to be for nothing. He, for all of his self-acclaimed deal making ability, actually has to be the one to publicly offer it because Democrats don't trust him.
So... this is apparently... what we're gonna do.

 You say Tom doesn't do a thing, I post clear evidence that of course he does, you respond by basically saying the poster (who wasn't doing anything besides talking policy) deserves it for past behavior. Then say WE'RE proving your point.

Depending on the arguments used it likely faces a scathing defeat in the S.C. if they even agree to pick it up.
9th Circuit will Cease and Desist order it immediately and it likely dies there.
