That may be, but it's my response to the "no bail" laws and giving criminals more rights than victims. It's odd to me that I haven't seen nor heard about this in regular media. Maybe things didn't happen the way the dad says they did.

Video has been released. The five seconds I saw showed the officer yelling "drop the taser" right before shooting him. The CNN reporter said the conflict lasted almost two minutes, they were up and down, up and down, up and down. Yes, the officer was on top but the camera was farther away, you really didn't see anything.

I vote for the officer. He was in deadly conflict. This guy wasn’t going to give up and had his taser. He’s got to feel horrible about it. What a stupid way to die.

As I suspected, this is essentially another Darwin award seeker. Pull out the officer's taser and this is what CAN happen. I don't feel sorry for him at all. Stupid is as stupid does.
The average black where I live would say the same.

But...but...the video doesn't match what the Father said happened...after watching same said video before it was released.
How can this be???

As much as I’d enjoy seeing it I seriously doubt the city will take this tack. Everyone will go quietly. The officer will accept retirement with benefits.

The Man initiated the confrontation when he failed to comply with a lawful order.
Its sad he lost his life. But the second he decided to resist and assault officer he determined his fate.
He wrestled the tazer away from the officer.At that point the tazer could have rendered the officer to no longer safeguard his firearm.
The problem is when people are legally stopped in the back of their mind is all the BS you hear about police so they decide to resist.
All he had to do was comply and he would be alive today. Plates did not match vehicle description was reason for stop.
