Sad thing 99 times out of a 100 the outside horse at Tampa has all the momentum. On Sundays I see this a lot...LS when involved with favorites in the stretch either hang out of nowhere or don't get up, even when they look like sure winners. I have no logical explanation why  Horses don't know its Sunday.
