Cool Offshore ADW

I don't have enough capital and connections to go through an american ADW. So I was thinking of going through an offshore ADW. Are their any offshore ADWs that co-mingle into american pools? I plan on making money and I have a suspicion that any of my current ADWs will cut me off after I start making money and withdrawing it.

I'm also located in North Carolina so it would be impossible to use an american ADW. Any suggestions on where to start?

I have never heard of any american adw cutting anyone off for withdrawals. Now an offshore book that doesn't use the us pools, thats a different matter.

True, unless the OP is a bridge-jumper, which would actually get the OP banned from most US based pari-mutuel ADWs very quickly.

An offshore racebook may or may not cut him off if he wins too much. Depends on if they are laying money off into the pools. Finding one that is reputable and will take US action will be the challenge.

I have never had a problem with bookmaker.eu or fivedimes.com

IMO, 5dimes is the way to go. I've been in a similar situation with American ADW's. Moved to Cali from AZ a few years and nothing I sent would get me in. I sent my lease (landlord covered utilities), my direct TV bill, they denied everything. I'm running into the same thing since I have been working in Oregon and it opened up some better ADW's for me but I can't get in (going back and forth with Betptc now, actually). Frustrating when you know you are assumed to be lying when you are not. They must get really hammered by the gaming commission, I highly doubt they don't want my churn.

Anyhow, I don't like bookmaker. I do most things via mobile and their mobile racebook does not include the horses number, only name. Drives me nuts. Support is also lacking, still waiting on a reply to an email I sent a month ago.

I had similar problem with another ADW when I moved but I just sent in scan of DL and I was good to go.

I'm 33, got my AZ license when I was 16 and it is valid through 2048. I'm not into hanging out at the DMV because I usually end up moving around for work. Never been cited for it or anything.

Usually do a lease agreement, etc. I've even had one check my business listings online and approve it from there. This Oregon thing has been tough though. I sent my lease and they asked for a notarized lease. What state requires a notarized lease?

Another thing about 5dimes that needs mentioning is that they allow .25 cent minimums on all wagers. Ie you can bet the derby superfecta or cut your monster pick 4 in half if you need room.

The max wins on big races are so high that I wouldn't sweat it. It is based on an actual dollar amount rather than ticket amount.
