If you look closely, you can see the bus tire tracks on Sessions' suit.
He was the first prominent Republican to support Trump.Yep, loyalty goes a long way in this White House.

Whats crazy is how purely personal this is too...
If you remove Mueller or Russia from the discussion... Jeff Sessions has absolutely kicked ass at Judiciary Nominations and prosecuting the Administrations attacks on Obama era policy.

Sessions was a disaster x 10
How do you accept a job knowing you're gonna recuse yourself from one of the biggest cases in American history? I believe Sessions is a good man who was way over his head.

Turns out Sessions actually had integrity, not a welcome quality in Trump World.

From the "resignation" letter: "At your request, I am submitting my resignation."
In the real world, that's called getting fired. But Trump never comes out and directly fires people, except when he reads it off a teleprompter on a "reality" TV show.
If he had any cojones, he would have had it out with Sessions at the time of the recusal, and made a decision then to support him or fire him. Instead, Trump stews over it for a year, sniping at Sessions in the media. And Sessions was nuts for putting up with it.

This isn't uncommon nowadays. The past five years I've seen this play out in the workplace. Employees not wanted are belittled , given out of norm tasks or tasks that aren't reasonable, talked about behind their backs in meetings etc. As a co worker it made me and and others feel uncomfortable knowing (employee) is getting bullied into moving on. Just step up and make the move /'fire.

They serve at the pleasure of the president.
If they don't understand that, they did not belong there to begin with.
I am sure he is not worried about paying his rent.

Anyway... over/under on a "leak" from the otherwise airtight Mueller Investigation set at 24 hours.

Massacre?
Be interesting to see if Mueller does fire a shot and takes a scalp to protect his troops or just plays the long game.
Of course it could just be a transitioning meeting as well and much ado about nothing.
