Maker's Mark race 6 @CD Breeders Cup
Chad Brown trains posts 1/2/6/9/12

post 1 and 9 have the same lead owner with a "partner'.

Why isn't this a coupled entry?

Are these rules waived only for the Breeders Cup?

there are no coupled entries in BC races, they all could be the same owner and trainer.
