You can't make up your own rules. Outside of the evangelical right there is a wide range of opinion as to when life begins. It certainly seems that a functioning heart and brain should be a prerequisite.
If a pregnancy is terminated spontaneously due to a medical problem such as a heart defect that is not counted as a heart related death. It is simply a miscarriage. Miscarriage or abortion; it is not a cause of death because the fetus was never alive.
As for the notion that there is some insidious plot to kill blacks through abortion, you have to be some kind of dumb to believe that. 3% of Planned Parenthoods services involve abortions. The rest is contraceptive planning, cancer screening, and pre and post natal care.
There is a simple reason why the rate of abortions is higher among black women and it is not race. It is economics.
31% of all abortions are performed on women who are living under the poverty level, regardless of race.
27% are on women who are living between 100% and 199% of the poverty level.
Black women are more than twice as likely to be living under the poverty level.
This fake study says the incidence of abortions to live births has increased among black women from 480 per 1000 live births to 503 per 1000 live births. In fact the actual number of abortions in the demographic has dropped.
A truer measure is the number of abortions per 1000 women of child bearing age. In 1980 that number was 29/1000. In 2014 it was 14/1000-half as much.
Ironically, it is liberals who are responsible for the drop in the incidence of abortions. Poorer women get more abortions. Liberal policies decrease the number of poor women by supporting minimum wage equal pay for women, affordable health care, maternity leave, unions and many other programs. Conservatives oppose these things. Liberals support universal access to contraception and insurance coverage for the same. If you birth control you don't need abortions. Conservatives oppose this.
