Proposed NJ Rule Changes

-$20 mil subsidy approved for 2020 (50/50 tbred/sbred split)
-no whip
-mandatory necropsies with reporting of all drugs administered within past 30 days to deceased
-racing commission appointee has power to cancel races (in response to Haskell fiasco)

I guess thats good news. I see it mainly applies to tbreds but old Jack Lee (RIP) would be able tobsay Put the whip away Howie.
