I know a lot of federal troops. And my son was a member of our military and is currently a police officer. I can promise you your theory will hold zero water  . In fact quite the opposite will be true.

Typically a civil war is a conflict against the state... haven't seen any of the boards "liberals" pop up in support.
But in the age of Q I guess it could be a counter-counter-countercoup or something like that.
