Donald Trump--pure genious
Ivana Trump died this past July. Trump buried his x wife at the Trump National Golf club in New Jersey.
he got to use that property and proclaim it as a cemetery, which gave that property Real Estate Tax exempt and personal property tax and sales tax, business tax, and inheritance. also, the property cannot be seized to settle judgments.
Ivana Trump is the only body laid to rest on that property, but now the land is classified as a cemetery.

So everyone knows where Donald has body's laid to rest unlike lets say those who he ran against for President.

The Dems raised hell about this when she was buried. I think a lawsuit is pending trying to deny him the tax breaks

But the test, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, is meant to detect signs of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or other conditions.
