She is obviously loaded on something most of the time. If she spoke like that in a court room she would have never won a case. She probably has a lucrative career being a spokeswoman for a drug and alcohol treatment center if they can sober her up. They can do before and after videos.
Biden has dementia and Harris is addicted to drugs and or alcohol, what a pair. I think Harris has appeared intoxicated in front of a camera more times than all other high level politicians combined. The others are at least sober enough to avoid them.
