some are worried for Musk because of the way the sale went down. First the board resisted and tried poison pill, then they changed stance and sued to force sale.
So is there a poison pill or unfunded liability that could bankrupt Musk?
Lawsuits will be coming, but I am not sure who will pay if they are lost.

Regarding the Twitter Files, it will be interesting to see how many things are allowed to be exposed.
Elon Must may believe in free speech and the truth, but he is smart enough to know that "an accident" can occur at any time should he cross the line. Don't expect much revelation about Government Agencies and names of specific actors who were actively involved in controlling Twitter operatons.
Like Tucker Carlson, Elon Musk will be more accurately categorized as "Controlled Opposition".
