Look at the bright side, you save money twice: Once at the pump and once at home 'cause you can't go anywhere to consume your cheap gas.

I live in Washington, home of a huge gas tax. The last I paid was $2.359. I will sound huge to all of you outside of California, but it is very low for Washington. This is good for me as I have a 90 mile round trip commute every day, which I still get to make because I am considered both essential and emergent.

Got $1.49 in Greenville TX on my way to Northeast Tx 2 days ago
I shudder to think what this will do to much of Texas' economy 2 yrs down the road. I remember the mid 1980s oil bust and the devastation it spawned. That scares me more than any virus
I'm on the edge of retirement so this won't phase me, but the generations behind me are in for a lot of hurt if we don't wake up and restart the economy. This goes far beyond the energy sector

$1.459 where I live. Most places are $1.499.
My outlet from cabin fever is getting out and driving the country roads for at least an hour a day. Otherwise, I'm playing by the rules in place although driving doesn't violate them. I should be walking for exercise though.

Have been working in the yard every day for the past 2 weeks, love every minute of it. Even talked the wife into a 1 hour walk. She's active to an extent but for her to walk an hour means she's bored.

I paid $2.849 a gallon at the Shoreline Safeway Thursday, and that's after it went down 50 cents over the previous 2 days.
The price we pay for no state income tax. If you gotta be taxed, I still prefer consumer taxes over income taxes however.
