I like the Players' Pool. On days like Derby Day I will make a few small bets on my own but also being in the Players' Pool gives me rooting interest in some of the other races. Sometimes if they have the first 3 in a Pick 4 or the first 5 in a Pick 5, I will bet some of the non-selected horses in the final race. I haven't got rich doing this but over the last year or so I have had a lot of action and am probably marginally ahead.

Yeah, I understand what you're saying. It should be handled better.

Yes but it's nice to be part of a large wager and root for the pick 6 to hit with a bomb or two. This was the first year I did it and I'll do it again next year....the taxes do really hurt though

Who ever put those tickets together has to be the biggest moron in the history of handicapping horses, I feel sorry for the people who invested into this,in the 3d leg they used 5 horses and left out Ramon on a a 4-1 shot,
INSANE!!!

I see that TWINSPIRES players pool is again going after the pick6 @ Sar. this Wednesday, for the sake of the people who invest into the pool I hope the so called handicappers who put the last ticket together were fired for incompetence.

3 races in today and I don't see where the ticket is posted? In fact, the page that should display the ticket is pretty much blank. Anyone else having this issue who got in today's group bet?
