Uh, aren't all those people being served lunch? Kind of hard to eat with a mask on.
I could have gone to literally a dozen outdoor events here in WNY this past weekend with way more people and no mask requirements.
Aren't those the "rules" now? Or is it just the optics you're faux-outraged about?

First off...I'm not outraged about anything...faux or otherwise.
Second...I wouldn't know about the "rules". I don't live in this Alternate Reality. Where I live...People have more sense than the Control Freaks. The Freaks tend to avoid our part of the State.
