The presidency of Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. Is a total disgrace . Biden goes beyond mere incompetence, to near self-immolation and is destroying everything in his path. Ukraine should weaponize Biden. He has a good chance of winning the war for Ukraine in his present form.
Biden is decomposing before our eyes. Always multiple steps behind unfolding events, his recent incoherence in just about all important matters is incredible embarrassing.
