Is there no drop down when you click the icon of a person in the upper right? if there is click preference and you can change to twinspires tv, expresspro, or classic.

I have no problems from my twinspires.

I'm sorry you are having an issue. I can't see it so I'm not sure what is going on.

If you are having trouble with the bottom section of the screen loading on old classic you might try clicking the person icon in the upper right-hand corner, select preference and going to classic there.

It doesn't affect everyone so I'm not sure if that is it. If it is, there is a fix that will be deployed on Monday.

I have the same issue, can only see the new layout and my preferences section has nothing but "save username". If someone else didn't post a link to the new TV layout, I wouldn't be able to find that either from navigating the site.

I sure like the express/pro layout. You can place bets and watch them appear in the above box and watch your balance. All this without having to scroll down or click on anything. So simple and easy.

What is the feature I have now on my screenshot? My friend says he has used TwinSpires Tv before without any issues, but he likes to have a good betting platform and also he likes to look at Brisnet's ProfitLine (which he LOVES)

I'm still having the problem with Chrome, but it may be due to a plugin I've installed. Using Firefox (with no add ons) I'm able to get the old Classic menu working again. But when that goes away for good, I'll be concerned I won't even be able to play a single wager to cover the requirement for getting free PPs. It's a bit of a chore to find the two or three tracks I'm interested in playing in the schedule of the many tracks available.

But I do have two more complaints. The pop ups that fire when trying to log in and covering up the menu to input credentials are very annoying. I do not want to opt back in to any offers from an interface and ADW that is at the bottom of the list of the ones I use. That is just another slap in the face to the customer. Why do I need to opt in for any offer, anyway? Does anyone at TS think that "opting in" increases the play for that offer? When I used TS more, I used to opt in to all the offers just to make the damn pop ups go away. Why not just have a page that shows which offers are active for ALL players, enrolling everyone all at once?

The second complaint concerns replays. With the Twinspires TV interface, it was relatively easy to find the date, track and race for a replay, and play it back. Now, navigating under the "results and replays", the RESULT is displayed first, which spoils the excitement when placing wagers beforehand. The good replay websites allow watching the race before results are displayed. Just another indication the designers of the website are not horseplayers, and there is no QA in the process.
