I agree Netbet. Send a note to the Meadowlands. I did. I would much prefer this type contest over the "Survivor" contests they run.

I agree. That contest did not go well at all. Don't know what the answer is but maybe you could contact Dave Schwartz at Trackmaster who sponsored some of the contest. Maybe he can give you more information. He is usually a stand-up guy.

Misinformation

The contest did not go well? I guess I don't understand that as about 1300 competed in a contest where gobs of money was given away at no fee to the player. Of course no one was happy about the cancellations, but those types of things are encountered commonly by athletic events held outdoors. About payments, Yonkers Raceway is making the payments and given their closure for three weeks or so, and the holidays, it is understandable why they may be slower than you would like. Finally, the last comment was correct, we at TrackMaster are accessible. We have our 800 number on our web site and our email addresses as well. But there is no one here by the name posted above. I am the president, David Siegel, and have commonly responded to any and all reasonable posts I see here. If any prize earner has not been contacted by mid-month, please contact me and I do what I can to ensure prompt payment. Anyway, you should be happy that the money would not be paid until 2014 - delays your tax obligations!
