TVG

I don't get TVG on U-verse.

I'm wondering if I can get it one of the streaming channels.

Maybe on the Amazon fire stick or something...

Anyone have any luck with a steaming option?

Check all your local Fox Sports Net options.

They pick up a lot of TVG programming.

Also if you have a TVG account you can access live video from any track.

The quality is good. If you bet a certain amount they don't charge. If not the cost is minimal.

Live track feeds.

As for your second question.

By far your best way to go is artichokes! Delish.

https://www.rtn.tv/
I think the on line version is $35 per month....
Other options.
Sub to Dish or Directv.
As a Uverse subscriber, AT&T ( which now owns a controlling interest in Directv) probably offers a bundling option using Satellite for TV and Uverse wire line for internet and phone.
OOPS my bad...RTN has dropped the on line service to $25 per month..
Keep in mind, these are live track feeds. The same feeds seen in simulcast centers, casino racebooks and OTB's

I love U-Verse, except that I can't get TVG full time, but you can get HRTV and now that they are one company, it's beginning to meld, and comes up on U-Verse Channel 672 as TVG2 instead of HRTV.

Like mentioned earlier in the thread, Fox Sports Network carries TVG for 2-6 hour segments usually starting on Wednesday and running through the weekend. On the HD Tier it's usually channel 1776 or around there. Non HD just take of the 1 and you got it. I've seen it broadcast around 2:00 PM eastern and as late as 8:00 PM Eastern.

I have Amazon Fire Stick TV and I've looked at Chromecast and other online streaming services via web like SLING TV. None of them carry TVG.

In my 2nd home I've got Oceanic Cable (division of Time Warner) and I get TVG. It's not worth converting my primary home from U-Verse to Time Warner. I much prefer U-Verse and am sticking with it, despite the lack of TVG. It's not the end of the world.

I do wish you could stream them from the website or via the TVG iPad app. That would be awesome.

My go tos

You can stream on the nyra app for roku device, android and iOS that's in high definition. I know you can stream many adws but on xpressbet you can stream and there's a good amount in hd as well. You can stream tvg2 website if you pay for it. Usually the big races they offer free hd streaming as well.

Another option is the capital otb app for iOS and android. I think they only show the interviews and pre shows live on the app but If you want to stream the full channel to watch the races It's at http://www.capitalotbbet.com

I don't have a chrome player so Not familiar with chromecasting to stream to the tv. I usually use my laptop connected to hdmi to the tv or use the roku stick for nyra

You can also stream Gulfstream and Laurel Park using livestream.com

The Roku has the NYRA channel and Livestream and the picture quality is pretty strong.

The Roku does have a 25sec delay so that they can maintain the high picture quality so if you are betting make sure you don't get shut out because of the delay.

I find that the live video on the Gulfstream, Laurel, and Pimlico websites can be as much as one minute delayed, so I never use them.
