Booker is now saying Ford's story is corroborated, by independent facts. The independent facts are Ford's personal statements. Per Booker, Ford's testimony is a fact, even though all the relevant contemporary witnesses refute the allegation.
These people are dangerous, saying testimony is factual even though independent witnesses refute the allegation in the accuser's personal testimony.

How many times with this? The allegations were not "refuted"..
Also, one of the three "refuting" witnesses has stated that although she doesn't remember the party, she believes Ford.
