While Grant was on the right side of history, he was not a good guy. He was a bad general, a drunkard, and govt malfeasance was at an all time high under his administration. You need to spend more time reading books than spamming the internet.

Lol. I disagree whole heartily. While certainly he was not perfect.
He did get Lee to surrender and he did sic the fed troops on the klan.
Why is he on the 50 if he sucks so bad?
And he was not a bad general. His Vicksburg campaign was near genius. (You do know from reading books that he captured Vicksburg turned the war for the union forces)

If Grant was a good general. The war would have been over 9 months before it was. Lincoln didn’t respect his strategic and tactical capabilities, nor did his generals. They study Grant’s battles to learn from his mistakes for God sakes.

We would be better off with locusts instead of these brain-dead "protesters."
Amazing such stupidity is apparently contagious.
Pelosi took down all the pictures of former SOH who she called traitors........does that mean HER picture will be removed as well - NO ONE has been more of a traitor to the country than her.
