I wonder if "back to the drawing board" will take on a new meaning?

That difference isn't even the thickness of a cheap matchbook cover.

Got our recall notice last week. Basically it says we don't have the parts, hope to have them soon. In the meantime, it says to take everything off your key ring including the fob and have nothing but the key on they key ring to start the car.

The fact that some at GM chose to minimize their losses and sweep important issues under the rug is what's infuriating.
The few deaths that were the result is tragic, but there had to be thousands that were effected on the road without injury. Not a bad idea to have a plan in order of how to react should you lose power while driving.
