E Power
thanks green 80
Epower is doing well for sure.
Nice hit with Best 5 consensus Greg.
I noticed that consensus does fairly well with the quarters too.

Used to enjoy Tony when I was driving a truck--listen to Don Geronimo in Sacramento--then flip over to Tony Bruno when I got near the SF Bay area, on a sports talk station.
Here's an interesting horse running @ Turf Paradise today:

Very nice hit at Turf Paradise Greg! Yeah, Tony B.. A caller would call in and say "Tony, how are you doing" and he would say, Wait a minute, hold on a second, let me check and follow that with "Beautiful"!! Love that Tony Bruno brother!!

SUNLAND TOP E-1 E-2
Thanks guys--
Was looking at green80's Sunland--takes a real speedball to win there. Think a 6.5F race is considered a route at that bullring.
Here are the top E-1 & E-2 from Best-5...maybe one of these long shots can hold on--I'm not betting on it. I may put a 5-spot on BAYDAR in the 2nd, for kicks. He's up against a monster -WOMAN AT THE WELL...I didn't bother to read the conditions to find out how in the world this horse got in here...good job of spotting this horse Mr Trainer.

gotta hand it to ya on that one. $22.00 horse will make your day.
Look at that big odds drops. The horse went off at over 17/1 in his 2nd and 3rd race back and then last out just over 3/1. Granted a drop in class but looked like they were trying to put him in a spot where he could win.

Improving Form
I mentioned previously, the way we used to make up our programs was--I would have a play in mind, either a spot play or actual method--instead of running it through a data base our programmer would just code it up and give it back to me. I would test them that way. Some (most) got sh*t - canned right away--others turned out to be decent and became part of a software program.
I hung on to a few of these "trial" plays & methods that might possibly be of use later.
This was one I recall having high hopes for---called "Improving Form".
I don't remember much about what went into it...but here's the Improving Form selections for GPX and Santa Anita today, just for amusement.

You may be on to something here. A couple of winners with some long priced horses running 2nd and 3rd. May be worth a little more checking out.

SUNLAND QTRS
.
While downloading Bris files--I forgot Sunland runs qtr horses on Fridays.
So what the heck, I went ahead and ran the card on the BEST FIVE consensus.
As I've mentioned...the program isn't intended for Qtrs, but does well at times.
