Missed this

I was following this pool and bet a double with the 8 with about 10 min to post...got sidetracked and didnt get to check the show pool again till right before the start of the race. Couldnt get in $2 across to show on the field.

Race 7 6 1/2F Dirt
Purse: $6100.00 Fast 80 Degrees
# Name Jockey/Driver Win Place Show
8 Tinquilco (CHI) Godofredo Laurente 19.20 5.40 68.00
6 Daily Express Angel O. Stanley 19.20 84.60
2 Owen's Choice Rick L. Knott 32.40
Bet Type Runners Pay Out
Exacta 8/6 125.20
Trifecta 8/6/2 622.60
Pick 3 4/2/1-8 36.00
Pick 3 4/1-8/8 36.00
Pick 3 1-6/2/8 36.00

Sickening when your looking for it and still dont connect.
$9260 out of $9770. What kind of whacko jumps at Pinnacle? And what kind of idiot misses it for a $184 return on $2

The Meadows Aug 13 Race 1

82% of the win pool, and almost 94% of the place pool on a two year old trotter. He broke stride at the top of the stretch and wound up fourth.

I haven't gotten any tweets lately. Am I doing something wrong? Looks like there have been many missed opportunities!

The initial rules requires a warning (which has been sent) and not automatic account deletion.

I am inclined to warn first then delete since there are twitter viruses. There is a possibility that the tweet was unintentional.

None of those who have been warned before today have sent off topic tweets since their warning.

You are not doing anything wrong.

The service is dependent upon everybody sharing opportunities. If no one ponies up a bet against opportunity then the tweets will be silent.

Too bad Yonkers canceled show wagering in the 8th. (They canceled place wagering in that race as well.) The 1/5 favorite did not finish in the top three.

I'd like to know how Yonkers determined they would not have show wagering in the 8th after offering it in the 5th and 7th. Tonight they had three divisions of a New York Sire Stakes - races 5, 7, 8. The first two divisions had place and show wagering, but the third division had win only.

The 5th had seven horses, with the 3/5 morning line favorite going off at 1/2. The favorite wound up with about 87% of the show pool and finished off the board.

The 7th had eight horses, with the 6/5 morning line favorite going off at 1/5. This favorite had 80% of the show pool and won the race.

The 8th had eight horses, with the 8/5 morning line favorite going off at 1/5. There was no place or show wagering in this race. The 1/5 favorite didn't make the trifecta.

If they hadn't canceled show betting in the 8th you might've had a couple of scores at Yonkers tonight.

The people who bet that kind of money on the 11 horse get the Dumb Bet of the Month award. 95% of the show pool, and in an 11-horse field, no less.

The person who bet a horse from post 11 to show when her best Beyer fig is only in the 70s should be outed publicly. What were you thinking betting a horse who's equivalent to a 4k claimer speed figure wise in an 11 horse field? Didn't your momma teach you ANYTHING?
