I'm on a mini iPad so I can't post a link, but Google FOX 45 Baltimore where a reporter in Baltimore is commenting on a neighborhood much like the one trump described... While she's talking, a rat runs in the background and the camera follows it. Perfect timing.
Trump got this one right, it's a shit hole. Hopefully Md can turn things around but changes at their top levels need to be made.

Trump, as you know, represents the COUNTRY, it is not HIS lead to take. MAybe he COULD deny Little Eli his salary and office budget and give the $$$ directly to street addresses in Baltimore. $$$ directly in the hands of those who need it, no middleman like Eli to waste it. Good plan?

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump tweeted Thursday that he will add a new tariff on $300 billion of Chinese-made products on September 1, which would effectively put a tax on all Chinese goods coming into the United States.
"Trade talks are continuing, and during the talks the U.S. will start, on September 1st, putting a small additional tariff of 10% on the remaining 300 billion dollars of products coming from China into our country," he tweeted.

dow was up 300 points prior to the above announcement, now it's down 250 points..
this not a judge for or against Trump, I can only hope for the best, as of now this is out of my hands until 2020
