I didn't lie about anything. I offered a plausible explanation for Trump's remarks to you in the last post. Apparently, you're too dense to understand.

Yeah...debunked by FactCheck?
Oh...by the way, here's more "fake news" for you to stuff in your hash pipe, puff on and choke on: There are now 16 states, who are joining Texas in the lawsuit. So...lots of AGs seem to agree with with Longhorn State that they indeed have standing. How silly of them to insist that all states obey the Law of the Land and make their election laws in accordance with the U.S. Constitution. I mean...why would anyone in their right mind want everyone else to play by the same rules, right?

Funny how you always champion the lawless right after your [spiritual] father -- the Man of Lawlessness. Shirley, the adage is right..."like father, like son".
P.S. Do you know that 17 is Q's number.

Right now all this Texas lawsuit has is a MOTION. The SC has not agreed to hear it and and most lawyers say there's zero chance the SC agrees to take the case.
On the case itself, Texas can’t block votes cast in other states or claim that it has been harmed by the election practices of other states. End of story.
An Paxton, the Plaintiff's lawyer for this absurd lawsuit, is facing corruption charges and investigations by the FBI. Your odds are 1 in a billion that this goes anywhere. Go back to religion.

The Texas case will be heard, and several other State AG’s have announced they are joining. I’m sure they are preparing briefs.
Those who think the case is meritless are dreaming.
It’s not Texas saying their votes are more important than others etc
They are saying an illegal election in one State breaks the equal protection clause of the constitution. It diminishes or disenfranchises Texas voters intent with their vote.
They are also alleging that using Covid as a reason to allow leaner/less strict rules for mail in balloting does the same as above and the way they got to those new rules, by going around the State legislatures is unconstitutional.
It could be a very interesting case. All very interesting when it comes to who and when you can vote. Btw, I think the court does one of two things. They run with their tails between their legs or they really stir it up. Let’s hope they hear it. Make some new case law.

Exactly right!
Unfortunately, the Supreme Court has a long history of copping out on the really big cases. They are known for kicking that proverbial can down the road when they don't want to tackle a really big issue. And this issue is bigger that huge, since it goes to heart of whether or not future elections will be conducted with integrity and truly reflect the will of The People in this constitutional republic, or will elections be conducted the Marxist way whereby the counters of the votes determine the outcomes?

We shall see. Texas isn't the only state with skin in this game. Can you count to 17?

[i]Very few of the lawsuits that Trump’s legal team has filed since Election Day have really worried the left, but when Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit directly with the Supreme Court on Monday night they immediately began freaking out. The reason why they are so alarmed is because they understand that this suit has the potential to flip the election. The suit alleges that the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin conducted their elections in ways that violated the U.S. Constitution, and if the Supreme Court agrees that would almost certainly mean that the Supreme Court would force the state legislatures of those states “to appoint a new set of presidential electors in a manner that does not violate the Electors Clause and the Fourteenth Amendment”.

No, The Texas Lawsuit Is NOT On The Docket – and NO The Supreme Court Will Determine The Fate Of The 2020 Election based on this absurd worthless lawsuit. They only ordered REPLIES in determining if Paxton's case has any merit.

Unfortunately, the elements of “the perfect storm” are rapidly coming together, and time is running out for this country. Instead of repenting and turning back to God, just about every form of evil that you can possibly imagine is absolutely exploding in the United States, and we continue to run away from God as fast as we can.
.................................................. .............................
Maybe John Roberts will write the majority opinion and tell America to repent in Lord Donald?
So box, how much would you like to wager the Supremes never hear this case?

Amicus Brief
17 States File Amicus Brief with SCOTUS in Support of Texas Election Lawsuit.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com...ction-lawsuit/
This certainly puts more pressure on the SCOTUS to take up the matter.

But the problem Paxton faces is the same one that has dogged all the legal challenges filed so far by Trump allies: There’s simply no evidence of significant irregularities. Elections officials in dozens of states spanning the red-to-blue spectrum have found no evidence of significant voter fraud marring the results. And they’ve looked.

Sen. John Cornyn, the senior GOP senator from Texas, is critical of his state’s lawsuit challenging the election results in several battleground states, telling me: "I frankly struggle to understand the legal theory of it.”

Paxton faces significant legal jeopardy (see below). Is he looking for a pardon? I wouldn't rule it out. Of course, that won't do much for him if he faces state charges.
AUSTIN, Texas—Eight high-ranking employees of the Texas attorney general’s office reached out to law-enforcement authorities in September with a bold accusation, according to a lawsuit filed earlier this month. They claimed that their boss, Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton, had illegally used his office to interfere with an FBI investigation into a campaign donor.

False.
Election officials (both red/blue) are afraid that any real investigations will show that they were complicit with illegal practices, so they have chosen to go all-in to protect themselves. They are doing their best Sgt. Schultz impersonations.

How do you know what evidence lurks. Most cases are admitted and heard before key evidence is presented. Trump's team thus far has shared very little...with good reason.
When 80% of republicans and even 20% of democrats believe the election was rigged, it speaks volumes. My guess is those numbers in truth are very low. Only evil-minded goofs like yourself wouldn't be concerned such a historical election was fixed. You have the morals of a jackal!!
