It's down about 20% from the high, might be a little late for a short play.

We watched the S&P go up and then go back down a total of 200 points in about 2 hours yesterday...so really...this is like some third world market at the moment...completely irrational...and a day trader's wet dream (if they know what they are doing).

Yes and wait till putin starts ramping oil production and see how long this will last as one analyst warned this is about the OIL rigs are in great state of repairs and upgrades to new technology to keep production flowing so Putin is clucked.

We've been in a solid and established downward trend channel since the beginning of the year.
Last time we hit the bottom of the channel was around Feb 24.
If we hit it again (only approaching the midway point right now), you're looking at something around 3950 or maybe even lower...might take another month....might be sooner...

If you want to make a market call and bet sooner rather than later, I'd monitor the price/volume of Taiwan Semiconductor before anything else.
Congrats and good luck.

Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM) opened on the day of my post above at $112.39 or so.
Today it closed at $99.30 less than three weeks later.
