And again this was easily avoidable by switching nominees. Battles fought over RvW and Executive Privilege were part of the original calculus. Sexual assault not so much.

And, once again, I will point out Kavanaugh is a huge believer in stare decisis. He not only claimed in the hearings, you can see it in his opinions on the DC Circuit.

I saw his press event. He claims it was a regular event that they drugged women and committed gang rapes and everyone knew.
