I couldn't be more proud of England and all their allies for standing up to Germany, my grandfather fought in WW1 and my father in WW11.

It's really easy for bleed-heart North Americans to advocate open borders overseas.
When people leave Muslim countries as refugees they want to get away from the religious tyranny, the sharia law, and violence so they and their children can have a better life. They don't want the holy war chasing them. If you just open borders you get people who want to survive but resent the existing population who has always been richer than them.
Too much discrepancy between have and have nots has always caused violence. Just how it is. Reckless immigration causes violence and undermines the standard of living where it occurs and then where is everyone going to seek refugee status to?
