The reason we test for antibodies is because it is easy and cheap. Antibodies are in fact not the body’s main defence against virus infections. T-cells are. But T-cells are harder to measure than antibodies, so we don’t really do it clinically. right now there are devices being developed that will hook up to your smart phone that you will use everyday that you wake up to scan your system to see if there are any abnormalities.

that will include diagnosing possible cancer in its very early stages. it will also measure for early stage virus's.

to me this is a better bet to work than any vaccine that will come to the market. these devices are fairly close to reality.

Not even close, you and I will be dead and buried for decades before electronic chips will be implanted in humans.
