They are on the same team as the corrupt Main Street Media. Freedom of speech is only allowed if it fits their agenda.
Notice they can not compete in the arena of objective discussions, which is why they remove these "threats" to their agenda/ideology.
And Facebook "collects" information on you, and of course there must be lots of ways they "protect" this information so that it can not fall into inappropriate hands. 
Anything that can be interpreted as good/favorable news regarding covid19 is bad for the Democrats and uni-party, who are still panicked and in all-out mode to prevent a Trump re-election.

He poses a great question actually. Why would you not care? If a vaccine is the only thing that will reduce the left's fear of the boogie monster virus, isn't it a valid question to ask how successful the drive will be to get everyone vaccinated?
