Bernie 'deflected' to Trump, when asked about the percent of taxes that he paid; the moderators let him get away without responding directly to their question. This deflection/let it go occurred too many times throughout the meeting. I agree that: "Everything was either a deflection, what about Trump, and a put down about Fox." - Brian Kilmeade
Bernie ran away with the town hall meeting, IMO. Martha MacCallum and Bret Baier let him get away with too much. They were a big disappointment in how they dealt with him.

Weren't partisan enough for you?
One issue Republicans need to be wary of when it comes to healthcare is hitching their wagon to "how are we going to pay for it."
That's a trap... its pretty easy to pay for it... depending on which version of M4A you are looking at.

When someone is asked a direct question, I expect a direct answer, and I would not let it go, until I got a direct answer. Is that too much to ask? Your insinuation about about it not being partisan enough for me is your skewed slant...as usual.
I already posted my idea for government involvement in American healthcare. So now, tell us what is your idea for government involvement in healthcare, and what is your "easy way to pay for it"?

i watched the town hall and i thought Bernie said he paid 26% of his income to taxes. he said he became a millionaire due to his best selling book.
my opinion is if Sanders and Trump are the nominee's, a third party will win. my guess is that when the final ballots are printed, neither one will be on it.

I thought the reason Trump shouldn't release his tax returns is because "nobody would understand them"
So when did you get to be an expert on Colonel Sanders taxes, Mr. Arthur Anderson.?

people that run for president don't have to show their tax returns, just ordinary little people that want to apply for a car loan or mortgage, apply for a government job that requires a security clearance, or years ago when you applied for an owner's license for horses in certain states.

Why even make this up. If you are self employed with a sub-prime credit score, then maybe. It is very rare, and I have been in the business for 18 years.

Definitely don't need them for cars... at least a decade or so ago when I was in a finance office.
Do on mortgages though...
Every applicant signs a 4506-T releasing their transcripts.

Of course Margie Rose is right! He wants a full blown socialist program, everything is just a diversion to keep his pseudo charter going.

It doesn't matter if the election is held today or in November 2020, if Trump runs he'll win 35-40 states.
The only problem is that Mitch McConnell has already gone on record suggesting to GOP incumbents running in 2020 to run away from Trump and the Trump Agenda.
This stupidity caused the GOP to lose their majority in the House in 2018 and will result in a GOP bloodbath in 2020.

The only reason that was funny was because you spelled "Andersen" wrong.

Only if the bank wants to look at them. They usually don't.

The better joke is that Arthur Andersen as an auditing firm doesn't exsist anymore as a result of the Enron scandal.
Nobody appreciates accounting humor.Figures.

Due to the malfeasance and bad faith of Mueller's persecution, err I mean prosecution.
