No problem.

Looks like you need to widen a couple of columns on your spreadsheet. The cells that show "#####" are too narrow to show the values.

Here's a screenshot showing both summaries:

While working with AllData PPs last night I found a couple of bugs in the Summaries.

I had to tear down both summaries and fix the bugs then reassemble them.

I have updated the "alldata_pps_2.1.zip" download on my site with the fixes.

As a result, those users who downloaded the zip file prior to Jan 23rd @ 1:15PM, must go back to the site and redownload it and replace what you've got on your computer, with the new one.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but, I don't have beta testers for AllData PPs so I have to depend on the users letting me know when there are things happening that shouldn't be.

Thanks!

Go up to the column headers (column letters), for the column you want to widen, click on the right border of the column header, hold the mouse button down and slide slightly to the right. That widens the column. To narrow the column, slide to the left.

You can, of course, change the height of the rows, also, using the same process, but, on the row headers.

.. after reading the posts in this thread .. I can be seen stumbling along and mumbling to myself. I will go quietly and call my friend Alex to help with the decoding process.

This is a really old thread, from back in the day when we had to use a data parser in order to import the data files into Excel. Things are much simpler now that all this is done within Excel, simply by clicking some buttons.

If you're interested in using Excel as a handicapping platform, feel free to ask specific questions here or PM me. If you're not really too familiar with Excel, things can seem overwhelming, when it's really not that difficult. It's like anything else, you have to start at the beginning and break things down into understandable steps, building your understanding, and skills set, as you proceed from step to step.

Excel can be very complex, but it doesn't have to be, and compared to what one has to go through to learn a programming language, it's like kindergarten compared to high school.
