Interesting that SA has decided to start banning trainers that are adding to the 'death toll'. It says this is the 4th of his in last 6 months, which is more than 10% of tracks total.

Individuals who do not embrace the new rules and safety measures that put horse and rider safety above all else will have no place at any Stronach Group racetrack,"

This is a nothing-burger since SA closes Sunday, anyway. The BC will probably be moved to CD and Hollendorfer has stabled 20 horses in New York since this spring and summer under the care of assistant trainer Don Chatlos.
Bottom-line, Jerry did Frank a solid by being the "sacrifice" to keep the wolves at bay, for the time being....That marker will be repaid sometime during the fall and winter, as Jerry gets set-up on the East Coast for the remainder of his career....He sees the writing on the wall in Cali....HOF smart guy that he is.

No place at ANY track.
Good to see the beginnings of taking out the trash.

I have not been a fan of his since 2008 and
The reason . A little known horse named Heavenly Perfect .
He’s done everything to stop , including a law suit against the rescue group who
Nurtured her until she had to be euthanized .
I’m sure he has changed his ways and cleaned up a lot
But some things you cannot forget .
I’m sure he will be working but maybe he needs some time off .
The horses come first .
The Dorf wins big and. makes huge money .
But in my opinion doesn’t know or care when
To stop on a horse . Just my feelings and
many will disagree ... that’s ok .
I do not believe he’s a scapegoat in this case scenario .

I don't think sending a string to New York is going to do anything to stop the scrutiny. That's a USA Today article, its only going downhill for him from here if he gets breakdowns in New York. NYC media will not appreciate CNN and USA Today stealing their thunder

Stronach owns Golden Gate which is his other stomping ground, where he started. So if banned from there too it is a big deal for him. Although the fair season starting will delay the pain.
