What you did not ask about the analogy used I would have come up with something about the death penalty. A states rights thing except for the Federal part of it. So this is where I think it might go if it eventually makes it to the Supreme Court. I don't think there will be only one stop before we arrive to that middle, ground do you?

I agree with the statement you previously wrote: "Until we can agree to what is middle of the road nothing in our lifetime will be seen as solvable."

I believe there are many things that in today's society where finding a middle road is not attainable. Unfortunately the things where a middle ground can be attained are pushed aside because of politics.
