maybe now, but it seems Brennan was heavy handed in getting the entire surveillance started with friends from UK and AUS and Senator McCain.

I am not quite sure the elite can prevent a factual account of what actually happened from coming to light. But I might be wrong about that, I do think a movie will be made of this event that makes the elite look real bad as some go to prison.

Well, it's not like theses guys rise to the level of a Scooter Libby.
One thing for sure, justice is not a consideration in any of this.
Both parties are laterally focused and the legal system is a joke.

For the last few decades we hear stuff like this in every administration. People ask, "Who's going to jail?" or "Will the President be successfully impeached?" and yet, nobody goes to jail; nobody gets kicked out of the oval office.
Personally, I've accepted that all of this is above my pay grade. Way above.
That allows me to sleep much more peacefully than before.

Little typo there, Dave. You said "above" when you meant "below".
Politics is the ultimate manifestation of the Peter Principle, which says that people in organizational hierarchies tend to rise higher and higher in the organization until they reach a level at which they are largely incompetent. They then stay at that level for the remainder of their career.
It is not true that "our government, IC, and media are all so corrupt". What is true is that they are all so incompetent.
