I kept an eye on Astrology yesterday... but only one eye, as the other was needed to watch the stretch duel many lengths ahead of him.

If you want to watch the winners and Astrology, you need letterbox TV.

Since the Triple Crown finished up, he's one of the few 3YO's that's just kept on working and racing - which is probably why he's thrown clunkers in the last two.
Had him as a future Derby bet, bet him in the Preakness (including a small show bet that cashed), and have watched in disbelief as Asmussen is apparently diminishing his value by 50% with each outing....

Yeah, aside from Shackleford, Ruler On Ice, Stay Thirsty, Brilliant Speed, Pants On Fire, Midnight Interlude, Prime Cut, etc.

Diminishing value? He's a Grade 3 winner who, before his two most recent "clunkers", lost a stakes to a maiden and couldn't win at Sunland Park. At what point was he ever valuable?
