And why should that happen in your opinion?
Is it because the great state of Texas and its' serious, strong patriotic governor, Abbott, wants to protect his citizens from an illegal invasion of aliens and you oppose him?
As part of this issue, are we to assume that you endorse the illegal and unconstitutional action by a lawless president?

In case you missed it, the challenge to Obama's action was a joint action by 26 states, it was filed in a US District Court, and it was based on federal law.
P.S. Contrary to liberal dogma, there are 50 states, not 57. So a majority of states took part in the challenge.
