No dude...
That's not how this works. The 2nd Amendment guarantees the right to own Firearms. The supreme court can't take that away.
Just like the 14th Amendment defines citizenship. The court can't take that away. In fact the courts job is to ensure it remains.
The court is not going to re-write an Amendment and revoke citizenship for people. Not going to happen. They are more likely to not even hear the case.

If Trump does sign an order, the libs will be at the 9th Circuit in about 10 minutes with an appeal, and the 9th will issue an order for Trump to cease and desist in about another 10 minutes. My guess is that both the Circuit Court and SCOTUS, if it gets that far, will punt on the birthright citizenship issue, and will rule that Trump doesn't have the authority to change it by executive order.

I assume then you believe that SCOTUS never should have overruled Plessy v Ferguson by ruling on Brown v Board of Education. Is that correct?

I am aware of how it works, but that won't stop liberal judges from ruling otherwise by striking down your right to own a gun. Law and the Constitution does not apply to liberals when it comes to how they should rule.

No again dude...
The Supreme Court doesn't get to rewrite Amendments.
I'm sorry but what your peddling is flat out wrong.

I said nothing like that. All I said was that SCOTUS prefers not to change previous SCOTUS decisions if it can avoid doing so. I never said that it didn't happen or that it shouldn't happen.

And speaking of ready, fire, aim:
Quote:
President Donald Trump warned caravan migrants traveling to the Southern border of the United States on Thursday that he would not put up with violent attacks, even if it was just people throwing rocks.
Trump instructed the military to treat an attack from rocks the same as an attack from a rifle.
“Anybody throwing stones, rocks, … we will consider that a firearm because there’s not much difference when you get hit in the face with a rock,” he said, referring to the group attacking border guards in Mexico.

Humor doesn't play well here in political threads. Too many true believers on both sides of the aisle treat politics as above religion as sacred topics.
Fark 'em all if they can't take a joke.
