The Ball Game Is Over And I have Just Won

I got another flyer from John DaSilva where he is looking for 100 good men

to join him and after he gets to the goal the books will be sealed. He gives

out his private number to call him directly. He also uses Nick Zito's name to

tout his handicapping ability. Do you think this is really John DaSilva or someone

using his name?

Phone him and say that you want to verify the legitimacy of the deal with a Skype call. For shits and giggles, ask him to have Zito there too.

I got one too. Claims he wins every track, so what does he need us for?

This sounds like a tout where several horses are picked. If you get the winning horse it makes the sender look like an NHC genius to the recipient. Total scam which ever method is being used.
