I thought of Ely today when a bunch of economists came out and said the effect of tariffs has not been as bad as expected.

What NAFTA 2.0 Got Milk version?
Seriously there are other threads for that drubbing if you care to go there... I noticed you were surprisingly quiet about all of that #winning earlier in the week.

I've been busy starting a second business venture. The biggest problem I have in life is finding employees. Let me know when Trump messes up so I can get in line to hire people without jobs. Until then, Trump is screwing me over with this low unemployment.

Interesting problems, what kind of people are you in need of?

Well, my first business is industrial products. I am blessed with how that is going these days. Then my wife wants to do something less boring and came up with in-home senior care. She's a natural at it (nurse and caregiver), and with my business/marketing skills, I think we can make a serious go of it. So the employees I need are CNA's and caregivers. Pay is $10-12/hr, and as you can imagine, it's tough to find quality at that price point given the economy we are in.

Cool, maybe refocus business to something that has more older quality people with skills. I can't see a big interest from the 20 to 30 year olds caring for others so the pools of people just might not be there for that price point. But I don't know younger people that much.

That's a pretty low price point for CNA's. Certainly workable as long as you have good contracts though.
Tough business to get started as your bottleneck is very obvious.

Hiring is dead in Texas. No workers available anywhere. It’s killing me

He should have yanked the nomination. For reasons I stated... I still think he should have.
Man you really aren't reading what I say. Just arguing for the sake of arguing. Go grab some more anecdotes and get back to me.
Never said Kavanaugh wouldn't get confirmed. Never really argued it even. Said you didn't have the votes a week ago but... he didn't. But I never really said he wouldn't be nominated if Republicans weren't dead set for it. That wasn't my point... but again... you missed it... then agreed with it. So... here ya go! Guess what the blue ball represents?

and this is why you'll be living in a cardboard box. You don't know what you're talking about. Whether it be security clearances or politics. You're really nothing but a big bag of nothing.
Grow up, or you always will be.

Oh my! That was on topic! Or...
Your brilliant example of reading comprehension today on the jobs numbers is yet another example of what I'm dealing with.
A Trump snowflake who couldn't think critically if it involves anything in the real world.
Stick to chess.
