Perfectly fine.
I dont know why anyone cares about this honestly.
Look at it this way... if they order this investigation and then can't find enough evidence that shes lying to convict her of perjury... then that must mean she's telling the truth right? It certainly would to the opposition.
And *boom* you've just reopened that can of worms.
Just take the ugly W and move on.

Personally I think Avenatti is a slimeball. I don't know what any of this matters. They are investigating her testimony. They have to prove she lied. In doing so that means they have to investigate her accusations... so like in the article you posted he's right.
I don't give a shit about any of this. I just find it funny after weeks of avoiding investigating Kavanaugh allegations pursuing this will start new investigations into them.
My God you people are dense or have some weird axe to grind.

Yeah, ok...you don't give a shit lmao....
Yet in the last 6 or so pages, TWENTY posts are yours!! lmao '

I didn't realize it's taken 20 posts to try and explain to them what's actually happening based on their own articles...

Yeah, an in another thread, he was passing on the discussion.
Just before 18 more posts!
I think he misspelled "passing."

So this is the new thing people here do when they have no response to a complete rational explanation as to why opening another investigation could actually backfire...
K... got it.

Here: Stuff this into your hash pipe, Mr. Rational, and puff on it: No big, elaborate, complex investigation is required to prove perjury. The only thing investigators have to examine is to see if there is contradictory testimony.
Example: Did this moonbat say at one time that she was in a room and actually witnessed something, and yet at another time say that she was not in the room to see anything? If so...this alone would be sufficient to convict on perjury. It's as simple as that.

No it wouldn't.
One statement is under oath and the other isn't. You have to prove the one under oath is false.
So... therefore... you would have to actually investigate what she testified about. She can tell a media outlet whatever she wants.
Even Grassley is now admitting this and they've dropped it.
Like I said... if you investigate and don't find enough to discredit her story and that she perjured herself... you reopen a can of worms you didn't need to.
A simple risk-benefit example says this isn't the smartest move. Risks outweigh and rewards.

An expert FBI interrogator could probably tie that airhead (and her empty suit mouthpiece) in knots in relatively short order. Then they could get her for lying to the FBI.

I am sorry that you do not know where you came from or where you are now.
The dims will surely open another investigation if they win the house or the senate, but their star 'witnesses' will have already been investigated and they may have to find new ones...
