Your right about the TC taking a lot out of the horses. thats why only 4 out of the 19 that ran were in the preakness. I had money on MS, WOW and IMP over CH and at the last minute made a 15 win on CH. I have never said that WOW was cheated out of a win or a better placing, but the stewards did.I've never said that MS was robbed. He was DQ, right or wrong, and nothing is going to change that. As to Mr. west, what he has done since is about him. If thinking his side bet is a cheap move is monkey poo, ok.

I don't undertand people taking their anger out on the horses. They just did what they were trained to do, run in a race. WOW won the preakness today, I had the wrong horse second. I lost money,win some lose some, thats horse racing.

Video taken outside Baffert's barn at Churchill Downs Sunday morning appeared to show the colt stepping gingerly with his left hind leg on the gravel walkway outside the shed row. Baffert told the Paulick Report Sunday afternoon the colt's movement was due to “scratches,” a type of skin irritation which Baffert said was present on the skin above Justify's left hind hoof, likely stemming in part from the sloppy track conditions on Saturday.

“He does not have scratches,” said Scollay Tuesday. “I can't speak to earlier [this week] but there was no evidence of skin disease today.”

That was a joke playing of the same word being used for two radically different conditions.
